Monthly Maintenance Plan — Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in the FAST Mobile Detailing Monthly Maintenance Plan ("the Plan"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Plan Overview
The Monthly Maintenance Plan is a recurring subscription service provided by FAST Mobile Detailing ("FAST," "we," "us," or "our") for $150 per month per vehicle. Service includes the maintenance package as described on our website at the time of enrollment.
2. Billing and Payment

Your card on file will be automatically charged $150 on the same date each month (the "Billing Date") based on your enrollment date.

Payment is due in advance of service for the upcoming month.

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

Failed payments may result in service suspension until payment is resolved.

Sales tax may apply where required by law.
3. Scheduling

Each month includes one scheduled service appointment.

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and your geographic location within our service area.

You will be contacted to confirm appointment times prior to service.

Plan members receive priority scheduling over non-members.
4. Service Area
The Plan is available to customers within our standard service area, including Sierra Vista, Hereford, Huachuca City, Whetstone, and surrounding areas of Cochise County. Service outside this area may incur a travel fee or be unavailable.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
By the customer:

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may forfeit that month's service.

No refunds will be issued for missed or canceled appointments where customer fails to provide adequate notice.
By FAST Mobile Detailing:

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment failure, illness, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We will provide as much notice as possible in such cases.
6. Plan Cancellation

You may cancel your Plan at any time by providing written notice via email or text to (254) 258-2509.

Cancellation requests must be received at least 7 days before your next Billing Date to avoid being charged for the following month.

Cancellations after the Billing Date will be effective the following month; service for the current paid month will still be provided.

No partial refunds will be issued for the current billing period upon cancellation.
7. Plan Modifications
FAST reserves the right to modify the Plan, including pricing, services included, or terms, with 30 days written notice to active subscribers. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
8. Vehicle Condition Requirements

The Plan is designed for ongoing maintenance of vehicles in good condition.

Vehicles requiring full restoration, heavy pet hair removal, biohazard cleanup, or extensive damage repair may require additional services at standard pricing.

Excessive interior soiling beyond normal wear may incur additional fees, communicated in advance whenever possible.
-
Pet hair removal is available as a tiered add-on service ($40-$175) based on severity and is not included in the standard Plan.
9. Add-On Services

Plan members receive 10% off any additional services booked outside the included monthly maintenance.

Add-on services include but are not limited to: ceramic coating, paint correction, headlight restoration, interior restoration, and RV/trailer detailing.

Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
10. Access and Cooperation

Customer is responsible for providing safe access to the vehicle at the scheduled service location.

Customer is responsible for removing personal items from the vehicle prior to service.
-
FAST is not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.
-
Service may be refused or delayed if the location is unsafe, inaccessible, or in violation of HOA/property restrictions.
11. Liability

FAST Mobile Detailing is fully licensed and insured.
-
We are not liable for pre-existing damage to vehicles, including but not limited to scratches, dents, mechanical issues, or interior damage that existed before service.

Any concerns regarding service quality must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

Our maximum liability for any service-related claim is limited to the cost of the service rendered or replacement of the affected service.
12. Weather Policy

Mobile detailing requires reasonable weather conditions.
-
Services may be rescheduled at our discretion due to rain, extreme heat (above 105°F), high winds, monsoon conditions, or other weather that compromises service quality or safety.

Rescheduled appointments due to weather will not affect your monthly billing or available service.
13. Pricing Lock

Active Plan members are locked in at their enrolled monthly rate.

Price increases for new enrollments will not affect existing members for a minimum of 12 months from their enrollment date.
14. Referral and VIP Benefits

Active Plan members may be eligible for additional benefits including referral discounts, early access to seasonal promotions, and priority booking during peak periods.

VIP benefits are subject to change at the discretion of FAST Mobile Detailing.
15. Termination by FAST
We reserve the right to terminate any Plan subscription with 30 days notice for reasons including but not limited to:

Repeated missed appointments

Failure to maintain accessible service location

Abusive behavior toward staff
-
Violation of these terms and conditions
In such cases, no refunds will be issued for unused portions of paid service.
16. Communication
By enrolling, you consent to receive service-related communications from FAST Mobile Detailing including text messages, emails, and phone calls regarding scheduling, billing, and service updates.
17. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cochise County, Arizona.
